It was in Gimont in the Gers, stronghold of foie gras, that Gabriel Dubarry created the company Ducs de Gascogne in 1953. Heir to a long family tradition in gastronomy, inhabited by this unique terroir and passionate about the search for authentic flavors , he put his tremendous enthusiasm for sharing the pleasure of “good Gascon eating”, for the satisfaction of gourmets, at the service of his company.
